As you know CDKC will host round 3 of the NSW State Championships at Lithgow September 28 to 30.

We have many rolls to fill to help run the race meeting and would call on all club members not racing or who can assist to get behind your club. As we need to finalise Sup Regs in the next few days I would urge you to consider if you can help and let Russell Becker know ASAP [email protected].

We will be looking for people to assist with

• Scales
• Grid Marshalls
• Announcer
• Canteen (many places so we can roster 4 hour shifts, let me know the day and timeslots you would prefer)
• BBQ (breakfast and lunch, let me know your preferred timeslot and days)
• Pit Marshall
• Track Maintenance
