The circuit will be open for pit set-up from 9.00am Thursday September 27. Once you have unloaded please remove vehicles and any gear that will not fit in your pit bay to one of the car parks. The side gate on the south end of the pits will be open for parking in the paddock or parking is available in the top of the camping area (next to Oakey Forest Road)
Camping will be on a first in basis in the grassed area along the main straight, please leave room for others to set up. There is some power available but we suggest you run your fridge and hot water on gas as the power supply is limited. There are hot showers in the club house. There is a $20.00 per site fee for the weekend, please pay at the race secretaries office.
The Canteen will be open from 7.00am for breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Drivers are requested to wear their race suit to the Friday Drivers briefing so we can take some promotional photo’s
