Monday to Thursday
9.00am to 4.00pm Open practice for all KA licensed drivers ($40.00 per driver, CDKC members $20.00)
Bar Open 4.00pm to 10.00pm Thursday

8.30am to 12.00pm Free Practice for Atlantic Oil Ladies Trophy entrants

12.15pm All drivers to out grid for group photo, pink shirts, race suits, helmets
12.30pm Opening and Drivers briefing, all driver and crew
1.00pm to 5.15pm Qualifying, Heat 1 and Heat 2

Bar open as soon as racing is finished to 10.00pm (please note the club house is licensed, no BYO)
6.00pm Clubhouse. Tyre Draw and fastest qualifier presentations.
Saturday
9.00am racing resumes (may start earlier if we do not complete 2 heats on Friday)
3.45pm racing complete
Open practice for Summer Cup Entrants till 4.45pm
5.00pm Presentation in Clubhouse
6.00pm Charity Auction
7.30pm Dinner for those who have booked (bookings at Canteen by 12.00pm Saturday please, we have catered for 100)
Bar open from completion of racing until 10.00pm
Sunday
7.30am Late Entries for Summer Cup Close, Atlantic Oil Ladies entrants can enter for $50.00
7.45am Driver Briefing, out grid
8.00am Warm up followed by racing. Order TBA
