We have introduced a “pit space allocation system” for our race meetings, to make better use of the available space and get more Karters closer to the grids . When you complete your race entry there is an option under “other products”. Please book 1 of these.
- 7m x 5m space is include with each entry
- Double spaceĀ $30.00. These will be allocated further away from the grids than single spaces
- Powered Van site $50.00. These are in the Caravan area.
- Early entry and communication are the key to getting a good space.
- If you require anything other than a standard 7m x 5m space, you must purchase this with your entry.
- If you add the “team name” to your sponsors on entry, we will endeavor to put all team members together.
- We will also add a list of teams we know support our events, select this team option to be pitted with that team. If you team is not listed, let us know and we can add to the event.
- If you wish to pit with a group of friends, communicate this early and if the whole group can enter at a similar time, this is easy to facilitate.
- The larger spaces will be allocated further away from grid’s so that we make better use of space for all at the race event.
- All spaces are marked and numbered.
- All of your equipment must fit in your allocated space. If you overlap with mates that is fine, if you steal someone else’s allocated space, that is not fine.
- We also have a limited number of Powered Caravan sites available. These are great for vans, motorhomes or toy haulers.
- Tow vehicles and all cars should be removed from the pit area.
- Pit allocations for each event will be posted after the close of entries. Competitors who enter after this will not be allocated a pit space but will be able to use an unallocated space.
Allocation list will be published on the clubs Facebook page during race week, after the close of entries.
