Pit Space Allocation at Race Meetings

We have introduced a “pit space allocation system” for our race meetings. When you complete your race entry there is an option under “other products” to book a 7m x 5m space for $1.00 or double space for a larger fee. There are only have a limited number of larger spaces available and there are a limited number of Powered Van sites available.

  • Early entry and communication are the key to getting a good space.
  • ALL entrants need to select “reserve a pit space” when entering. (not required for State Titles)
  • If you add the “team name” to your sponsors on entry, we will endeavor to put all team members together.
  • TEAM’s, it is very helpful if you provide a list of team members as early as you can. Each team will be allocated the number of spaces for actual race entries.
  • If you wish to pit with a group of friends, communicate this early and if the whole group can enter at a similar time, this is easy to facilitate.
  • The larger spaces will be allocated further away from grid’s so that we make better use of space for all at the race event.
  • All spaces are marked and numbered.
  • All of your equipment must fit in your allocated space. If you overlap with mates that is fine, if you steal someone else’s allocated space, that is not fine.
  • We also have a limited number of Powered Caravan sites available. These are great for vans, motorhomes or toy haulers.

Allocation list will be published here and on the clubs Facebook page during race week, generally Tuesday, with a final list published after the close of entries.
